Alpify Global – Household Products Company

At Alpify Global, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that all household products are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund as per the policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Product is defective or not working as described
  • Wrong product delivered

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories and labels intact.


2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 3–7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products due to customer misuse
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during clearance sale or special promotions
  • Consumable items once opened

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment


5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers may opt for:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
